A one-time registration fee of $15 ($35 Spring Break), a cleaning fee: 1 BR $65 ($100 Spring Break), 2 BR $85 ($130 Spring Break), or 3 BR $100 ($155 Spring Break), and taxes of 10.6% will be added to the base rates on the left.

  Security Deposits: 1 & 2 BR $200, 3BR $300.  Spring Break all deposits $500.  The deposit will be held as a damage deposit and is not applied to the rent.  Deposits will be refunded 14-21 days after checkout.

  All rent is due upon arrival.  No Refunds for early departures.

  Specific unit numbers will not be confirmed, however, we do try to honor any request.

  Holiday weekends: rooms may not be ready by check-in time stated.

  Guest will be charged $150 for a late checkout.

  All units have cable.

  No charge for local calls, but must have calling card to call long distance.

  All units have fully equipped kitchens with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and microwaves.

  Cancellation Policy: Must cancel 14 days prior to arrival date for refund of deposit.

  AGE REQUIREMENT: There must be a 21 year old staying in the unit at all times.  Also, the reservation must be booked under the 21 year olds name.  You may not check-in until the 21 year old is present.
